Our Proven Four-Step Process 

Step 1: Assessment/Inspection
Certified IAQ/Mold Inspectors are trained to sample and identify potential microbial risks within both indoor and outdoor environments.

Step 2: Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly before surface protection takes place. Your certified technician is trained to select the proper product for this process. This typically includes Microbloc preparation products as well as HEPA vacuuming the cleaned surface to remove all debris and residue.

Step 3: Surface Protection
Once surfaces are prepared, your certified technician will protect all surfaces with durable Microbloc protection products. These products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Step 4: Indoor Air Quality Monitoring
For the highest level of indoor air quality, your certified technician will work with you to recommend appropriate air purification, dehumidification, ventilation and monitoring. These programs provide additional controls that can provide for a healthier environment and valuable structure.

Microbloc Surface Protection Products

Our durable protection coatings are formulated to protect both porous and non-porous surfaces. They bond to most clean, dry substrates to form a protective film that last for years. Special anti-microbial products are added to our coatings to extend their life while inhibiting the growth of micro organisms on the coating film.
